Each item is made to order just for you by our trusted third-party partner. Because of this, all sales are non-refundable. But if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at artbyprimoja@gmail.com.

We only offer refunds for items that are incorrect or damaged.
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and include photos of the issue. We'll make sure to resolve it for you promptly.
